I pay special attention to the quality of the descriptions in my listings. If an item does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a satisfaction guarantee or refund (within 15 days). Please note: returns are not accepted for lots of over 50 stamps. Packaging is done with great care (cardboard and waterproof protection).

In the case of listings with multiple quantities available, the photo is not contractual. Stamp sheets exceeding the A4 format (210 x 297 mm) will be neatly folded in half. Despite the care taken, some separation of perforations cannot be excluded. Shipment will be made within 48 hours (excluding holidays) after receipt and validation of your payment.

Any refunds in case of loss will be issued one month after the opening date of a claim with the French Post's customer service.
