On the occasion of the International Philatelic Exhibition of Paris 1937 (PEXIP). Postage stamps type Cérès from 1849 gathered in a central cartridge on a sheet of 150 x 220 mm.

Postage stamps printed in vertical pairs separated by an interval bearing the mentions. Block of stamps N°3 in very good overall condition. Beautiful block overall, central part in superb condition. To note: Some usual gum folds.
