In the event of exceeding the maximum time limit (30 business days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid, excluding any compensation or withholding on the occasion of the sale. Unless there is a specific case or unavailability of one or more products, the ordered products are delivered all at once.
