Philantologie undertakes to deliver the products ordered within the above-mentioned deadlines. However, these deadlines are given for information only and any possible delay cannot give rise to any damages and interests, withholdings or cancellation of the order by the buyer. In case of exceeding the maximum period (30 working days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain the refund of the sums paid, excluding any compensation or retention on the occasion of the sale. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered are delivered in one go.

Deliveries are made by La Poste or, if necessary, by an independent carrier. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the products ordered by Philantologie to the carrier.
