This superb booklet commemorating the 170th anniversary of the first French stamp is composed of: 3- an explanatory sheet from the finance administration with a canceled stamp dated "11/02/2019" and the sheet number: 4261/6000. And in the 6th row from the bottom. And in the fourth column from the left there is an inverted stamp. This sheet is identical to the printing sheet number 2 from 1849. Note: the last photo shows the size of this booklet compared to the 2024 Yvert catalog.
