For packages over 3 kg, an additional fee will be calculated based on weight. For packages over 2 kg, an additional fee will be calculated based on weight. Products purchased by the buyer are shipped within 7 to 10 working days, subject to availability from the manufacturer. These deadlines start after full and final payment of the amounts due by the buyer.

For pre-sale products, the commercialization date is specified in the product sheet. Shipments are made in order of arrival of orders from the commercialization date. Philantologie cannot be held responsible for delays in the commercialization date of products, which are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers or suppliers. Orders containing pre-sale products will be shipped once the pre-sale product is available. These orders are exempt from the maximum delivery time.

Any residual orders will be shipped separately depending on product availability from the manufacturer. Philantologie undertakes to deliver the products ordered within the specified time frames. However, these deadlines are given as an indication and any possible overrun cannot give rise to any damages, interest, retention or cancellation of the order by the buyer. In case of exceeding the maximum deadline (30 working days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid, excluding any compensation or retention at the time of the sale. Unless there is a specific case or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered are delivered in one go.
