In the event of exceeding the maximum deadline (30 business days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided in Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid, excluding any compensation or deduction in connection with the sale. Unless there is a particular case or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered are delivered in one go.
