Shipments are made in order of arrival of orders from the release date. Philantologie cannot be held responsible for delays in the commercialization date of products, which is the sole responsibility of manufacturers or suppliers.
Orders containing pre-sale products will be shipped in a single shipment on the availability date of the pre-sale product. These orders are exempt from the maximum delivery time. Any remaining orders will be shipped separately based on the product's availability from the manufacturer.
Philantologie undertakes to deliver the ordered products within the specified deadlines above. However, these deadlines are provided for information purposes only and any possible overrun will not entitle the buyer to any damages, deductions, or cancellation of the order.
In the event of exceeding the maximum deadline (30 business days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid excluding any compensation or deduction on the occasion of the sale. Unless there are specific cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered are delivered in one go. Deliveries are provided by La Poste or, if necessary, by an independent carrier. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the ordered products by Philantologie to the carrier.
