However, these deadlines are provided for information purposes only, and any possible delay cannot give rise to any damages, deductions, or cancellation of the order by the buyer. In the event of exceeding the maximum deadline (30 working days), not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale under the conditions provided for in Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid, excluding any compensation or deduction on the occasion of the sale. Unless there is a special case or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered are delivered in one go. Deliveries are made by La Poste or, if necessary, by an independent carrier. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon the delivery of the products ordered by Philantologie to the carrier.
